Sable Terminal Ltd operates the Sable Silo website and product. Our address is College Rd, HM Naval Base, Portsmouth PO1 3LJ. Company registration is in progress, and our company number will be added here once it is complete. You can contact us at legal@sableterminal.com.

2. The website is informational

This is a pre-launch marketing website. It provides information about Sable Silo and lets you register interest through our waitlist and design-partner programme. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a binding commitment to provide, any product or service. Features, timing, availability and pricing described here may change.

3. Waitlist and design-partner programme

Joining the waitlist or applying to become a design partner lets us contact you. It does not guarantee access to the product, a place in the programme, or any particular pricing. We may accept, decline or close applications at our discretion. Any product access we later offer will be on separate terms provided at that time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully, and not to:

• interfere with or disrupt the site or its security;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it;
• collect data from it by automated means without our permission;
• submit false information, or another person's information without their consent;

The content, design, logos and trade marks on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view the site for your own information. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content without our permission, except where the law allows.
